Virtual Show Drawing Rules
No purchase is required for referral-based drawing entry: each eligible new friend who signs up through your link and verifies their email earns you one ticket. Paid show classes require the applicable class fees. Your own account signup earns no ticket. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The EquiPartner Virtual Show cash-prize drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored and administered by Equipartner LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7780 NW 115th Ave, Ocala, FL 34482 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility and show entry
The Drawing is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. An entrant under eighteen must participate through a parent or legal guardian, who holds the account, is the entrant of record and receives any prize. Sponsor’s employees, contractors and immediate family members are ineligible for chance prizes. Participation requires an account with a verified email address.
The referral entry method in Section 4 does not require either the referrer or the friend to purchase a plan, pay a class fee or submit a video. Payment is required to compete in paid show classes.
Checkout confirms the applicable class payment. A separate paid Trainer subscription is not an additional admission check for an already paid show entry. A free account does not make a paid show class free; the earned AI rail credit in Section 4 is a separate benefit.
Automated drawing selection prevents the same account from winning twice. Sponsor must separately verify identity, residence, age, excluded relationships and the one-prize-per-person limit.
3. Scheduled dates and earlier tickets
- Show registration opens: October 1, 2026.
- Registration and video entry close: November 30, 2026, 11:59:59 PM ET.
- Ticket snapshot: December 12, 2026.
- Live-stream drawing: December 20, 2026, 8:00 PM ET.
All times use America/New_York. Valid earlier tickets, including eligible awards recorded from August 10, 2026 under earlier terms, remain eligible. August 10 is not a new award-opening promise: current award processing uses the campaign’s configured entry window. Earlier accepted entries retain any rights under their applicable terms. Accepted earlier confirmation requests are addressed in Section 4. Any changes to scheduled dates follow Section 13.
4. How tickets are recorded
Tickets are recorded in your drawing ledger. Only cleared, active tickets enter the snapshot. A pending award or held request is not yet an eligible drawing ticket.
Paid participation: 100 × class categories
Participation tickets are calculated per distinct paid show class on your account, not per horse, registration or checkout. Payment earns participation credit; uploading a ride is not required for this credit.
Total participation credit = distinct eligible paid classes × 100 × category multiplier, rounded down. The multiplier is ×1 for zero or one assigned category, ×1.5 for two, ×2 for three and ×2.5 for four or more. Adding or removing eligible classes recalculates the total, subject to any configured campaign cap.
Example: three different paid classes across two categories earn 450 participation tickets. Paying to enter two horses in the same class counts as one class and earns 100 participation tickets if that is your only category.
Canceled or fully refunded registrations do not earn participation credit. A withdrawn or disqualified submission excludes that class from the account’s participation calculation, including another horse’s entry in the same class. The remaining classes and multiplier are then recalculated.
Paid class → one AI rail credit → 300 video tickets
Each eligible paid registration/class pair unlocks one free AI-judged rail entry in the same show. Unlike participation tickets, separately paid entries for different horses in the same class can unlock separate rail credits. Repeating a checkout for the same registration/class does not create another credit.
Use the credit to register for an eligible AI rail class, then film and submit its separate required video. An accepted eligible submission earns 300 tickets. Rail registration alone earns zero video-bonus tickets. The 300-ticket award is flat; the category multiplier does not apply. This benefit applies to AI-judged rail classes, not free entry in a carded-judge class.
No-purchase referrals: one ticket to you per verified signup
The one-ticket method applies to new accounts and referral records created under this updated policy. Earlier accepted referral terms and valid recorded ticket quantities are preserved; earlier referrals are not automatically given an additional signup ticket.
Share your personal referral link. An eligible new friend who signs up through that link and verifies their email earns one ticket for you, the referrer. Neither person needs to purchase a plan, pay a class fee or submit a show video. The friend receives no ticket merely for signing up. Your own account signup does not earn a ticket.
One eligible friend can earn one signup-referral ticket for their recorded referrer; repeated sign-ins, email verification or later purchases do not create another signup award. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent referrals do not qualify. Referral tickets are flat and receive no class-category multiplier. Cleared awards are recorded in your ticket ledger.
Earlier tickets and retired entry methods
Self-signup rewards and daily entry are retired. Creating or verifying your own account, signing in or changing plans earns no new ticket for yourself. The earlier daily form does not accept new requests. New no-purchase entry is available only through the verified referral signup method above.
Previously credited valid tickets are preserved. Valid confirmation links issued before retirement and earlier requests held for review retain eligibility under the terms originally offered. Confirmation, clearance and the snapshot still determine whether those tickets enter the drawing. See the earlier entry information.
No new Founding Rider, first processed-video or social-share awards are offered under this entry policy. Valid earlier referral awards and other credited awards remain at their recorded quantities; the new one-ticket signup-referral amount does not reduce a valid earlier award or replace an accepted earlier entitlement.
Fraudulent, automated or duplicate-account entries may be voided. Held tickets are excluded unless cleared before the snapshot. Award processing and corrections do not promise an instant ledger update.
5. Fees, withdrawals and refunds
Class entry fees are non-refundable once paid. Withdrawing an entry or disqualification does not automatically refund its fee. If a payment cannot be fulfilled, the payment-handling process provides a full refund. Any separate goodwill refund is handled by Sponsor.
Full refunds retire the paid entry and reconcile its related ticket eligibility. Before the snapshot, class removal can change both the number of participation classes and the category multiplier. After the snapshot, a refund does not silently rewrite the published drawing files; corrections follow Section 8.
6. Cash prizes and separate pools
Grand prize
$1,500
General tickets, including eligible participation and bonus tickets.
First-place drawing
$1,000
One ticket per qualifying finalized first-place class result.
Second-place drawing
$500
One ticket per qualifying finalized second-place class result.
Third-place drawing
$250
One ticket per qualifying finalized third-place class result.
Cash is paid by check or Zelle. Maximum listed drawing value is $3,250, with at most one award from each pool and one chance prize per person. Four listed pools do not guarantee four winners.
Placement tickets belong only to their matching placement pool and do not enter the grand pool. Three qualifying first-place class results provide three first-place tickets. AI rail video bonuses enter the general pool; they do not create carded-judge placement tickets. Placement awards require eligible, finalized class results and an enabled placement pool.
The published drawing commitment fixes prize order. An earlier winner is excluded from later selections. If a pool is empty, all its entrants already won, or the selection attempt limit is exhausted, the system records that prize as undrawn. It does not move that prize into another pool or automatically name another winner.
Prizes are not transferable. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Any required tax or eligibility documentation is determined during the claim process.
7. Odds
Each pool has its own eligible ticket total. Your chance depends on your cleared tickets in that pool, its total and exclusions for earlier winners. Participation volume does not multiply placement tickets. Pool totals are published with the snapshot; headline ticket balances are not a guarantee of inclusion or a percentage chance of winning.
8. Drawing and public verification
The commitment, snapshot versions, results files, failure records and revealed drawing information are published through the drawing verification page, as each stage becomes available. These files are not embedded in this rules page.
- Commit: Sponsor is scheduled to publish a secret seed’s SHA-256 hash by December 11, together with the pool definitions, ordered prize list and future randomness round.
- Freeze: cleared active tickets are reconciled and recorded in per-pool ticket-range files. Their hashes and version identify the snapshot used for the drawing.
- Select: the drawing uses the committed drand round, the first round at or after the drawing instant. If drand cannot be retrieved, a separately verified first Bitcoin block at or after that instant is the supported fallback.
- Reveal: the seed and randomness value are published after the drawing so the selections can be recomputed against the same files.
Exact ticket-selection recipe
Decode the hexadecimal server seed into bytes for the HMAC key. Encode the message below as UTF-8, using the published beacon value and prize tag. Interpret the HMAC-SHA256 digest as a hexadecimal integer, then take its remainder modulo that prize’s pool total.
message = beacon_value + "|" + prize_tag + "#" + iterationticket = int(HMAC_SHA256(hex_decode(server_seed), UTF8(message)), 16) % pool_totalTicket numbering starts at zero; CSV range endpoints are inclusive. Start each prize at iteration 0 and advance when the selected account already won an earlier prize. Use the committed prize order and latest accepted published snapshot version. Initial selection stops after 5,000 attempts and records an undrawn outcome if no eligible winner was selected.
Corrections and a failed or postponed drawing
A corrected snapshot before the drawing instant must be a new published version with a stated reason. Earlier versions remain available. The system refuses a silent overwrite and refuses to re-freeze once the drawing instant has passed or its randomness was recorded.
If verified randomness is unavailable, no drawing is completed. Sponsor publishes the failure and reason before using the supported rescheduling process: a new secret seed, new future randomness round and newly announced future drawing time. The previous commitment remains visible. The committed prizes and latest frozen pools carry forward; a completed drawing cannot be replaced by a new commitment.
A late ticket correction is not automatically applied by rescheduling: the carried snapshot stays the same. Any required change needs separate review and a publicly documented correction process that preserves applicable entry rights.
9. Notification, claims and alternates
Sponsor administers winner announcements, email notification and payment. The scheduled process is to announce winners on the December 20 stream and email from shows@equipartner.tech within 48 hours. A selected entrant has seven days from the notification email to respond and provide required eligibility, check mailing details or Zelle payment information and any applicable tax documentation.
A failure to claim or an ineligible selection is referred to Sponsor for forfeiture and alternate administration. The software records selections; it does not automatically send the notice, decide person-level eligibility or pay cash.
How an alternate is selected
An alternate uses the same seed, randomness, prize tag and unchanged snapshot, beginning after the immediately forfeiting selection’s iteration. It excludes current winners and that immediately forfeiting account, with a further 5,000-attempt limit.
An alternate attempt can end without an eligible replacement or exhaust its attempt limit. A prize originally recorded as undrawn has no standing winner and cannot use this alternate process. No replacement is guaranteed.
The system does not permanently exclude every older, superseded forfeiting selection. A selection appearing again is still subject to Sponsor’s eligibility and claim review. When a replacement is selected, the previous result is retained and linked to it.
10. Privacy and published records
Information is used to administer the show and Drawing under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Verification files use pseudonymous entrant hashes rather than directly listing contact information. The same hash can link an account’s ticket ranges across pools.
Results files also contain class identifiers and placements. Matching these with public class results may identify a rider and associate that rider with published ticket totals. These records are not a guarantee of anonymity. Do not submit private contact details in public verification requests.
11. Class results and aggregate standings
Judged class results and published aggregate standings are separate from the random cash drawings. Class awards follow the confirmed award information and show rules for that event. These drawing rules do not assign additional cash amounts to aggregate standings. Any award already promised to an accepted entrant remains subject to its applicable published terms.
How the current aggregate standings are calculated
For each finalized class, points are the greater of zero or min(judged field size, 9) − placement + 1. Points are combined for each rider/horse pair in the assigned division group: Open, Amateur, Youth, Novice (novice amateur and novice youth) or Rookie (walk/trot). Leadline and unassigned divisions do not count in this calculation.
Ranking compares points, then first places, second places and number of classes counted. An exact tie on all four values shares the rank; account identifier order only controls display order. A division label alone does not establish a cash award.
12. Referral Championship standings
The published Referral Championship lists $250, $150 and $100 for first, second and third. These are separately administered by Sponsor; the leaderboard does not automatically finalize a contest or pay these prizes.
The current leaderboard counts platform referral records marked converted or rewarded. It is not limited to this show and does not automatically apply a November 30 conversion cutoff. Equal counts are ordered by account identifier in ascending text order. A referral whose bonus was later voided can remain counted while its tracking status remains converted.
The displayed leaderboard is a running platform count, not a confirmed final championship result. Sponsor must review the applicable published contest terms and accepted entrants’ rights before announcing final awards. The displayed count does not establish a final contest cutoff or replace applicable published tie terms.
13. Administration and winners list
EquiPartner reserves the right, where permitted by law, to extend deadlines or modify these rules for documented operational, technical or legal reasons. Changes will be published here with their effective date before taking effect and will preserve valid accepted entries, promised prizes and accrued claim rights. Drawing-date changes must also follow the correction and rescheduling procedures in Section 8.
Sponsor handles eligibility disputes, fraud review and corrections, subject to applicable law and the terms applying to accepted entries. These rules do not authorize a change in an existing entrant’s promised prizes, eligibility or claim rights. Florida law governs disputes except where prohibited.
Drawing selections are published on the verification page. Sponsor separately administers the first-name/state winners list and requests for it for 60 days after the drawing. To request that list or ask about an entry, contact shows@equipartner.techor write to Equipartner LLC, 7780 NW 115th Ave, Ocala, FL 34482.
